The document manager automatically stores documents signed via signature pad as well as remotely signed documents. Any handheld scanned documents are imported here, as well as imports from existing scan folders.

Handheld Scanner

With this easy to use scan and store process you can scan and store taxpayer documents, capture taxpayer identification, and access electronic copies of existing files from your PC. This will not only speed up the returns process, but will also meet government disclosure requirements.

Signature Pad

With the integration of the electronic signature pad, A Plus Tax helps you save more of your valuable time, money, and space. Coupled with the Built-in document manager, your office can now automatically store all signed documents. Prepare more returns in much less time the paperless way!

Remote Signature

Remote Signature allows you to save time by letting you complete a tax return without the need for the taxpayer or spouse to be in your office. The taxpayer will authenticate their identity, review a copy of the return as a PDF, then sign. The signed return is then stored in your software for access anytime!

Software System Requirements
  • Windows 8.1 Professional (32/64 Bit) or higher (Apple/Mac OS is not supported on any Desktop Software) Windows 10 Pro Recommended.
  • Screen Resolution 1024x720 Minimum or higher
  • Intel or AMD Duo Core 1.4GHz (recommended Intel Duo Core 2.4 GHz or higher)
  • 2 GB RAM DDR3 or higher (8GB DDR4 or higher recommended)
  • 30 GB Free Space on Hard Drive or more depending on client volume and prior year software installed. (Recommended to have at least 4x free space than used)
  • Anti-Virus Software (Active and Up-to-Date)
  • For Networking: Network router and all computers must be directly connected to the same network this includes WiFi and Wired connections.
  • Backing up: USB Flash Drive or External Hard Drive with a minimum of 30 GB of Free Space or More depending on backup file size. (Actual space needed may vary)
  • High-Speed Internet Connection (networking may not be supported on all Hotspot Devices) Recommended speeds of 10 mbs. down and 6 mbs up.
